Technical description
The key to such high drying speed is an array of round nozzles that apply hot air to the
sheets together with near infrared radiation. The small, round nozzles are distributed over
the entire width of the heating system, between the IR lamps. This means hot air is smartly
combined together with near infrared to achieve perfect drying quality.

In addition, such is the acceleration of the hot air in Senttech offset heating system that it is
not deflected, even at the highest of production speeds. The nozzles create an air cushion
that effectively counteracts sheet fluttering. Even when switching from heavy to light materials,
the basic system settings only have to be adjusted slightly. This maximizes both productivity
